What is a Speakers Bureau?

Thank you for considering becoming a part of the LaFASA Survivor Speakers Bureau.

 

Our Survivor Speakers Bureau is a network of Louisiana-based survivors that are able to speak publicly or write about sexual violence and their experience. Ideally, all participants are available to give presentations for a variety of groups and events. In some cases, written essays may be requested. 

 

Your Potential Impact

This program is dedicated to raising awareness about sexual violence and services available for survivors as well as championing sexual violence prevention efforts. By sharing your experience with others, you may serve as both a source of inspiration and a reminder that if you are a survivor of sexual violence, you are not alone.
