Don’t Be Dismayed by Disclosures

Statistics tell that 1 in 5 women and 1 in 33 men will experience sexual violence in their lifetimes, which means people you know and love are survivors of this horrific crime. This training is for anyone. It educates individuals on how to become allies for survivors, how to respond when someone discloses that they have been assaulted, and provides attendees with additional community resources.

Why Men Should Engage in Sexual Assault Prevention

Sexual violence affects all people, and it will take all people to help eliminate it. Though sexual assault is often viewed as a women’s issue, men are vital in the fight to end sexual assault. This training focuses on the influence men have and their unique position to challenge social norms, intervene in dangerous situations, and support their loved ones who may be survivors.

Every employee has the right to a safe, equitable work environment free from sexual harassment and other abuses of power. This training informs employers of their legal obligations and employees of their rights when it comes to preventing and responding to sexual harassment. Workplaces will learn how to create protocols to ensure a healthy, safe, and just environment where all employees can thrive.

Yes Means Yes! Building a Culture of Consent

In order to end sexual assault and rape culture, we must work together to build a culture where healthy, happy relationships are the norm. This training educates participants to understand consent, and how they can shape sex-positive relationships to end sexual assault.

Vicarious Trauma and Self Care
